A.Plus Group Keeps Share Capital Stable in March 2026 Monthly Return

A.Plus Group Holdings Limited (A.Plus) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming no changes to either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised capital stood unchanged at 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing a total authorised capital of HKD 80.00 million.

Issued share capital also remained steady at 400.00 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. As no shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled, total issued capital was unaltered.

The board confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s 25% minimum public-float requirement, indicating sufficient market-free float of the ordinary shares.

No movements were recorded under the company’s share option scheme, and the period showed no warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments outstanding or exercised.

Director Fong Wing Kong signed the submission on 8 April 2026, affirming that all regulatory obligations under the Hong Kong Listing Rules were satisfied for the month.
