On 31 March 2026, Mindtell Technology Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.mindtelltech.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to access the electronic version, but printed copies will be dispatched to those who have previously opted for hard-copy communications.

Shareholders who experience difficulties with email notifications or online access can request printed versions of the current and all future corporate communications by completing and returning the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 8611-ecom@vistra.com.

The company reminds shareholders that providing a functional email address is their responsibility. Without a valid email address on record, notices of publication and actionable communications will be sent only in printed form until an email address is supplied.
