Ms. Zhang Xiao has stepped down from her positions as joint company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and agent for service of process and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and Listing Rule 19A.13(2), citing work adjustments as the reason for her departure.

In a corresponding move, Ms. Yip Man Wai has been appointed to succeed Ms. Zhang, taking on the roles of joint company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, all effective from August 27, 2026. The appointments align with the company's ongoing commitment to maintaining robust corporate governance practices in compliance with regulatory requirements.
