JINYAN KAOLIN (02693) announced that its board of directors, at a meeting held on August 27, 2026, nominated Mr. Zhu Zejian and Mr. Li Zhanbei as executive directors, and nominated Ms. Zhang Bing and Ms. Liu Jia as non-executive directors. The terms for Mr. Zhu, Mr. Li, Ms. Zhang, and Ms. Liu will commence upon shareholder approval and extend until the conclusion of the second board's term, with eligibility for re-election upon expiration.

At the same board meeting on August 27, 2026, the board resolved to appoint Mr. Zhu Zejian as a member of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee and the Nomination Committee, and Ms. Zhang Bing as a member of the Nomination Committee, in accordance with the working rules of these committees. These appointments take effect following shareholder approval of the respective director nominations.

On the same day, the board also approved the establishment of a Technology Innovation Committee, tasked with researching and advising on the company's technology development direction, innovation plans, and major R&D projects or products. The committee comprises three members: Mr. Zhu Zejian, who will serve as chairman, along with Mr. Li Chenhui and Mr. Miao Guanghong. Its formation becomes effective upon shareholder ratification of Mr. Zhu's director appointment.

Furthermore, the board resolved to appoint Mr. Zhu Zejian as General Manager, effective from the date of the board meeting's approval and lasting until the second board's term concludes.
