Response from the Municipal Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment: Regarding this issue, our detachment attaches great importance. Considering the characteristics of morning peak tidal traffic flow, we have planned and installed temporary traffic signals and a tidal lane on Xinghui Road to improve overall traffic efficiency. To address obstruction caused by illegal parking, our detachment has simultaneously installed monitoring cameras and adopted a combined approach of "on-site enforcement + electronic monitoring" to continuously carry out illegal parking rectification actions, further standardizing parking order. Response from the Development Zone Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau: Regarding the issue raised by the citizen, our bureau has assigned staff to follow up. We convened the developer and property management representatives of the complex for an on-site inspection. The inspection confirmed the citizen's report: water seepage through cracked concrete on the B2 garage floor of Building 4 is due to construction quality defects by the contractor, with water accumulation in multiple areas of the underground garage. To resolve this, the developer requested the contractor to send personnel for repairs. However, due to the developer's outstanding payments to the contractor, the contractor refused, halting repair work.
