7Road repurchases 5.13 million shares for HK$3.72 million, equal to 0.19% of share capital

7Road Holdings Limited disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return (5 May 2026) that it bought back a total of 5.13 million ordinary shares between 8 April and 5 May 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Aggregate volume and value – Shares repurchased (not yet cancelled): 5.13 million – Total consideration: HK$3.72 million – Volume-weighted average repurchase price: approximately HK$0.73 per share

• Capital impact – Repurchased shares represent 0.19% of the company’s 2.75 billion issued shares. – As at 5 May 2026, the number of issued shares remained unchanged at 2.75 billion because the bought-back shares had not yet been cancelled. – 7Road holds no treasury shares.

• Utilisation of mandate – The current repurchase mandate, approved on 20 May 2025, allows up to 275.32 million shares to be bought back. – Repurchases to date total 5.13 million shares, using 1.86% of the authorised limit.

• Compliance and timetable – All buybacks were executed on the Exchange at prices ranging from HK$0.63 to HK$0.76 per share. – A moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales is in place until 4 June 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing regulations.

The company confirms that all repurchase activities complied with the Main Board Listing Rules and relevant legal requirements.
