The initial prestressed concrete pipe pile has been driven into the ground, marking the official commencement of construction for the Sam's Club membership warehouse project in Nanchang High-Tech Zone.

Located at the intersection of Jingdong Avenue to the east and Huoju Fifth Road to the north, the project spans a total planned floor area of 76,756.88 square meters. The development encompasses a single-level retail hall, a two-level rooftop parking structure combined with office spaces, a three-level rooftop parking area, and rooftop mechanical rooms alongside a solar-powered parking facility. Visual renderings of the project have been released, showcasing the design and layout of the upcoming facility.

The project's groundbreaking represents a significant step in enhancing the region's commercial infrastructure and providing residents with access to premium bulk retail services under the Sam's Club brand, operated by Wal-Mart.
