Frasers Property raises 150 million Singapore dollars via 3.50% notes due 2036

Frasers Property Limited announced on Aug, 28 2026 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Frasers Property Treasury Pte. Ltd., has issued 150 million Singapore dollars of 3.50 percent fixed-rate notes maturing in 2036 under its 5.0 billion Singapore dollars multicurrency debt issuance programme.

The notes, guaranteed by Frasers Property Limited, were arranged with Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited acting as joint lead manager and active bookrunner, while CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch served as joint lead manager and passive bookrunner.

The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has granted approval in-principle to list and quote the Series 006 Notes, with trading expected to commence at 9:00 a.m. on Aug, 31 2026.
