Prudential plc sells 2.0% stake in ICICI Prudential Asset Management

Prudential plc (K6S) said its subsidiary, Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited, has completed the sale of a 2.0 per cent stake in ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company through an open-market transaction executed at 3,065 Indian rupees per share.
The divestment generated proceeds equivalent to about 0.3 billion Singapore dollars, which the group plans to return to shareholders via a share-buyback programme, as previously outlined in its 2026 half-year results.
The transaction was completed on Aug, 27 2026.
