Agile Group Holdings Limited announced that the High Court of Hong Kong has postponed the hearing of the winding-up petition against the company from 29 June 2026 to 12 October 2026.

The petition was originally disclosed in the company’s announcements dated 9 December 2025, 25 February 2026 and 2 March 2026. Agile Group stated it will release further updates as developments arise and advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.

The board currently comprises seven directors: Executive Directors Mr. Chen Zhuo Lin (Chairman and President) and Madam Yue Yuan; Non-executive Directors Mr. Chan Cheuk Hei and Mr. Chan Cheuk Nam; and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Kwong Che Keung, Gordon, Mr. Hui Chiu Chung, Stephen and Dr. Peng Shuolong.
