A.Plus Group Reports No Share Capital Changes in April 2026 Monthly Return

On 4 May 2026, A.Plus Group Holdings Limited submitted its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged.

The company’s authorised share capital stands at 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each, equivalent to HK$80.00 million. There were no adjustments to this structure during April.

Issued share capital was steady at 400.00 million ordinary shares, and the group held no treasury shares. Consequently, the total number of issued shares also remained at 400.00 million. No shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled during the month.

A.Plus Group affirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), maintaining a public float above the 25% minimum requirement.

The return also disclosed: • No outstanding or newly granted share options under the company’s scheme adopted on 23 March 2016. • No warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could lead to share issuance. • No funds were raised from option exercises or other equity-linked instruments in April.

The filing was authorised and submitted by Director Fong Wing Kong, with all requisite regulatory confirmations in place.
