POWERLONG Reports 21.9 Billion Yuan in Contract Sales for First Four Months, Down 14.49% Year-on-Year

POWERLONG (01238) announced its contract sales figures for April 2026, which included sales from jointly controlled entities and associates, reached approximately 640 million yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 13.48%. The contracted sales area for the month was about 64,684 square meters. For the period from January to April, the total contract sales amount, including contributions from jointly controlled entities and associates, amounted to around 2.19 billion yuan, reflecting a decrease of 14.49% compared to the same period last year. The total contracted sales area for the first four months was approximately 198,858 square meters.
