CH DEMETER FIN (08120) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group recorded total revenue of HK$86.483 million, a decrease of 35.62% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to the company's owners was HK$24.904 million, which represents a reduction of 35.14% year-on-year. The loss per share was HK19.42 cents.
The net loss attributable to owners was primarily due to a net loss from the food and beverage business of approximately HK$12.167 million and central administrative costs of around HK$9.93 million.
