China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of the following documents are now available online: 1) the 2025 Annual Report, 2) the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, and 3) the circular dated 28 April 2026 containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form.

Registered shareholders can access the materials through: • the company website (www.cogogl.com.hk → “Investors” → “Announcements & Circulars”), and • the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed communications will receive hard copies by mail. Printed documents will be dispatched free of charge upon request.

Maintaining a valid email address with the share registrar is the shareholder’s responsibility. Without a functional address on file, the company can only send printed notices and actionable communications until an updated email is provided.
