By repurposing an existing industrial plant and administrative office space totaling 5,000 square meters, the initiative aims to rapidly establish a comprehensive embodied intelligence infrastructure platform that integrates multimodal data collection, model training, and algorithm validation. The facility will focus on providing high-quality, scenario-specific, and large-scale data support for robot R&D and embodied intelligence large model training, while also developing unique data collection capabilities tailored to Shanxi Province's industrial strengths in coal mine intelligence, cultural tourism, and industrial production.

The tender covers a single bid package that includes four main components: site renovation works involving the adaptive modification of the plant and management rooms; the construction of four specialized data collection and training scenarios spanning industrial, commercial, cultural tourism, and coal mine settings; the procurement and installation of robots and associated equipment; and the deployment of core software platforms along with operational data services.

The announcement of the winning bid candidate was released on August 28, 2026, with Beijing Jifu Technology Co., Ltd. emerging as the selected bidder with a bid price of 122,000,000 yuan. The rankings placed Beijing Jifu Technology Co., Ltd. first with that winning quotation, while Beijing Silicon Park Technology Co., Ltd. was named the second-place candidate.
