On 27 August 2026, Cayman Islands–incorporated YSB Inc. (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) executed an on-market buyback of 145,800 ordinary shares. The repurchase was conducted at prices ranging between HKD 3.435 and HKD 3.52 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 3.49 per share, resulting in a total cash outlay of HKD 0.51 million.
The repurchased shares—equal to 0.02 % of YSB’s 692.49 million outstanding shares prior to the transaction—are earmarked for cancellation. Consequently, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 692.49 million ordinary shares as of the same date, pending completion of the cancellation process.
The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 21 May 2026, which authorizes YSB to repurchase up to 68.81 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 564,000 shares, representing 0.08 % of the issued share base at the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, YSB is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares until 26 September 2026. All regulatory confirmations, including receipt of funds and compliance with listing requirements, were provided by Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Fei Chen.
