A.Plus Group Reports No Share Capital Changes for June 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

A.Plus Group Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming a stable capital structure during the month.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital stood unchanged at 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing HKD 80.00 million in total authorised capital. • Issued share capital remained at 400.00 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. There were no allotments, cancellations, conversions or redemptions during the period.

Public Float Compliance • The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares as at 30 June 2026.
