Prosper One Affirms Stable Share Base and Maintains Public Float Compliance in April 2026 Monthly Return

Prosper One International Holdings Company Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 May 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued share capital was steady at 800.00 million ordinary shares, and Prosper One held no treasury shares during the period. Consequently, total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) continued to stand at 800.00 million.

Prosper One confirmed that: 1. The minimum public float requirement of 25% of issued shares has been fully satisfied as at 30 April 2026. 2. There were no share option exercises, warrant issues, convertible securities conversions, or other equity-linked arrangements during the month. 3. No repurchases, cancellations, or issuances of shares occurred, leaving both authorised and issued share figures unchanged from the prior month.

The filing also reiterates that all regulatory and listing-rule obligations have been duly observed, with confirmations provided by Company Secretary Mr Kwok Siu Man.
