IB SETTLEMENT has announced its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported revenue of HK$216 million, representing an increase of 16.1% compared to the previous year.

However, the loss attributable to the company's owners amounted to HK$295 million, which is 29% greater than the loss recorded in the prior year. The basic loss per share was HK1.36 cents.

The period's loss was primarily driven by several key factors. Firstly, a share-based payment expense of HK$136 million was recognized, stemming from the amortization of share options granted to the company's directors and employees on October 15, 2025.

Secondly, the company recorded an impairment loss of HK$49.339 million on its held Bitcoin digital assets. An additional impairment loss of HK$21.533 million was recognized on Bitcoin mining servers. These impairments were largely due to a decline in the price of Bitcoin.

Furthermore, impairment losses were also booked on property, plant, and equipment under construction, totaling HK$10.744 million, and on properties held for sale, amounting to HK$27.334 million.
