She urged Eileen Gu's management team to monitor the evolving situation and, should her reputation be harmed, to firmly pursue legal action against those spreading false information online. She also appealed to the public to protect the women involved and assist in debunking the rumors.
On the 28th, the official social media account @围脖侠 announced that after verification, the flagged user @用户4089277000 had utilized AI and other methods to fabricate false information and vulgar content, severely infringing upon the rights of others to attract attention and traffic, thereby disrupting normal communication order. As the user violated community guidelines, the account has been closed.
The situation escalated on the evening of August 27th when Justin Sun's decision to sue actress Jing Tian surged to the top of the trending list. Sun's attorney, Zhang Qihuai, confirmed the news. "What I have said represents objective facts, all of which are true. I will certainly take responsibility, but I cannot elaborate further as that would be tantamount to publicity," Zhang stated. He added that Sun has filed a civil lawsuit against Jing, referred to as "Jing Mou," and her parents over property disputes involving a claim amount exceeding 30 million yuan, and the case has been formally registered with the court.
