Cirrus Aircraft Limited (CIRRUS) has adjusted its board committee structure. The company announced that, effective 26 August 2026, Non-Executive Director Liang Liu will join the Remuneration Committee.

Post-appointment composition: • Members: Liang Liu, Ian H Chang, Chung Man Louis Lau • Chair: Ian H Chang

The change follows the company’s earlier notice on 14 August 2026. Cirrus Aircraft’s board now consists of eight directors: Chairman and Non-Executive Director Lei Yang; Vice-Chairman and Executive Director Hui Wang; Non-Executive Directors Liang Liu and Yihui Li; Executive Director Zean Hoffmeister Vang Nielsen; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Ian H Chang, Chung Man Louis Lau and Ferheen Mahomed.
