Yidu Tech announced changes to its governance framework, detailing the composition of its Board of Directors and corresponding committee assignments effective 28 August 2026.

Board Composition • Executive Directors: Chairlady Gong Yingying, Chief Executive Officer Xu Jiming and Feng Xiaoying. • Independent Non-executive Directors: Dr. Ma Wei-Ying, Pan Rongrong and Prof. Zhang Linqi.

Committee Leadership and Membership • Audit Committee: Chaired by Pan Rongrong, with Dr. Ma Wei-Ying and Prof. Zhang Linqi serving as members. • Remuneration Committee: Chaired by Dr. Ma Wei-Ying; Gong Yingying and Prof. Zhang Linqi are members. • Nomination Committee: Chaired by Gong Yingying, joined by Dr. Ma Wei-Ying and Prof. Zhang Linqi.

The revised structure maintains a balance between executive management and independent oversight, with independent directors holding all audit committee seats and leading two of the three key committees.
