Geely Automobile Issues 272,500 New Shares Following Option Exercises

Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd (HKEX: 00175) has announced the issuance of a total of 272,500 new ordinary shares on August 28, 2026, following the exercise of share options under its employee share option scheme.
The share issuance comprises two tranches. The first tranche involves the issuance of 35,500 ordinary shares to group employees who exercised their options under the share option scheme adopted on April 28, 2023.
The second tranche covers the issuance of 237,000 ordinary shares to participants from related entities who exercised their options under the same share option scheme adopted on April 28, 2023.
