7Road Holdings Limited disclosed that on 22 April 2026 it repurchased 2.40 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$0.74 and HK$0.76 per share, spending a total of HK$1.78 million. All shares bought back are designated for cancellation.
Including earlier repurchases executed between 8 April and 21 April, the company has bought back 3.95 million shares this month for cancellation. This volume represents 0.14 % of the issued share capital as at the date of the current repurchase mandate (20 May 2025), under which the company is authorised to buy back up to 275.32 million shares.
Despite the buybacks, the issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.75 billion shares pending formal cancellation of the repurchased stock. The mandated 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales now extends through 22 May 2026.
The board confirms that all repurchases complied with the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the terms of the shareholder-approved mandate. Meng Shuqi, Executive Director, submitted the disclosure.
