China Silver Group (00815) has announced its interim results for 2026, recording revenue of approximately RMB 509 million, a year-on-year decrease of about 75.7%.
The company reported a net loss attributable to shareholders of roughly RMB 24.1 million, swinging from a profit recorded in the same period of the prior year.
According to the company's announcement, the loss is primarily attributed to a decline in silver ingot sales in the first half of 2026, driven by the rise in silver prices and reduced demand across various silver applications. Increased administrative expenses also contributed. Additionally, the group recorded a loss of approximately RMB 38.9 million from the deemed disposal of an associate, resulting from the dilution of its stake in associate Everest Gold Group Limited (stock code: 1815), following the company's completion of share placements on February 6 and March 13, 2026.
