Go Up Education Technology (8269), Formerly Wealth Glory Holdings, Announces Non-Executive Director Appointment

Go Up Education Technology Limited (formerly known as Wealth Glory Holdings Limited) has appointed Mr. Yau Chi Ho as a non-executive director effective 25 February 2026. Mr. Yau, aged 41, has a background in stock market investment and financial quotient education, serving as the programme director of Go Up Institute with a cumulative student number exceeding 2,000. He holds a diploma in hospitality management from the Vocational Training Council in Hong Kong.

Mr. Yau holds 31.96 million shares of the company, equivalent to 3.59% of the issued share capital. His initial appointment term is one year and will be subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the company’s general meetings, in accordance with the GEM Listing Rules and the articles of association. The Board stated that his remuneration will be determined with reference to responsibilities, qualifications, experience, and prevailing market conditions.

The Board has confirmed that there is no additional information to disclose regarding the appointment. The announcement also noted that Mr. Yau has no other relationships with the directors, senior management, or substantial or controlling shareholders of the company. The Board extended its welcome to Mr. Yau, who now joins two executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
