Green Light Given for 150MW Solar Project Land Use in Hebei

Approval has been officially granted for the land use of the 150MW photovoltaic project located in Hebei. The Hebei Provincial Department of Natural Resources (Ocean Bureau) has recently issued the formal approval document concerning the construction land for the Huadian Langfang Anci Donggugang 150MW solar power station. This marks a significant procedural milestone for the project's development.

According to the official response, the authorities have consented to the conversion and requisition of 0.9952 hectares of collective agricultural land, which notably contains no cultivated land. The land will be allocated through a transfer method to serve as the designated construction site for the solar facility. This approval resolves the critical land-use requirements for the project's next phase.

As detailed in the previously published environmental impact assessment documents, the project is being developed by Huadian (Langfang Anci District) Technology Development Co., Ltd. The construction site is situated in Donggugang Town, Anci District, Langfang City, Hebei Province. The initiative represents a substantial investment totaling 520 million yuan, with a projected construction period of 12 months.

Regarding the specific construction scope, the project plans to develop a 150MW solar power generation facility alongside the construction of a new 220kV booster station. This station will include comprehensive buildings, auxiliary structures, electrical prefabricated cabins, GIS equipment, main transformers, and related infrastructure. Furthermore, the project will be equipped with an 18MW/36MWh energy storage system to enhance grid stability and power management capabilities.
