Yuk Wing Group Clarifies Disposal Gains: HK$0.94 million on HKEX Shares, HK$1.58 million on China Mobile Shares

Yuk Wing Group Holdings Limited released a supplemental announcement on 21 July 2026, rectifying rounding discrepancies in its 20 July disclosure regarding the disposal of listed securities. The company affirmed that only two numerical figures required adjustment, with all other details in the original filing remaining unchanged.

For the disposal of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) shares, the Group now expects to record a gain of approximately HK$0.94 million, derived from an aggregate acquisition cost of HK$4.51 million and an aggregate disposal consideration of HK$5.45 million.

Regarding the sale of China Mobile shares, the anticipated gain stands at about HK$1.58 million, calculated from an aggregate acquisition cost of HK$2.65 million against disposal proceeds of HK$4.23 million.

The Board, comprising Executive Directors Li Kai Lai Miranda and Woo Lan Ying and Independent Non-executive Directors Cheung Sze Ming, Wong Siu Keung Joe and Todd Eric, confirmed that no further revisions to the original announcement are necessary.
