7Road Buys Back 2,000 Shares on 9 April; Outstanding Issued Shares Remain at 2.75 Billion

7Road Holdings Limited disclosed a small-scale share repurchase on 9 April 2026, acquiring 2,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 0.73 per share, for a total outlay of HKD 1,460.

The transaction represents 0.00007 % of the company’s 2,753.20 million issued shares and brings the cumulative buy-back since the current mandate’s approval (20 May 2025) to 26,000 shares, or 0.00094 % of the shares outstanding at the mandate date.

All repurchased shares—24,000 purchased on 8 April and the latest 2,000—are earmarked for cancellation, leaving the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 2,753.20 million shares as of 9 April 2026. Under listing rules, 7Road is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 9 May 2026.
