7Road Holdings Limited filed a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 20 May 2026, detailing recent movements in its share capital and buyback activity.
The company’s issued share capital stood at 2.75 billion ordinary shares both before and after the reporting period, as all repurchased shares up to 20 May 2026 have yet to be cancelled.
Buyback activity accelerated between 8 April and 20 May 2026, with 6.47 million shares repurchased for cancellation but still outstanding. These repurchases represent 0.24 % of the issued shares as at the date of the 20 May 2025 shareholders’ mandate.
The latest transaction occurred on 20 May 2026, when 7Road bought back 0.95 million shares on-market at prices between HKD 0.55 and HKD 0.59, for a total consideration of HKD 0.54 million.
Under the current mandate, the board is authorised to repurchase up to 275.32 million shares. After the above transactions, 2.35 % of that limit has been utilised. In line with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company faces a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 19 June 2026.
