7Road executes HK$17.08 million share buyback; cumulative repurchases reach 1.50 % of mandate

7Road Holdings Limited disclosed a fresh on-market repurchase of 14.95 million ordinary shares on 16 June 2026. The shares were bought at prices between HK$1.10 and HK$1.16, for a total consideration of HK$17.08 million, implying an average cost of approximately HK$1.14 per share.

Including this latest transaction, 7Road has repurchased 41.24 million shares since the current mandate was approved on 26 May 2026, utilising 1.50 % of the 274.77 million-share limit granted by shareholders. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation; none will be held as treasury stock.

Issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.75 billion shares, as the 45.79 million shares bought back between 18 May and 16 June 2026 had not yet been cancelled as of the reporting date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, 7Road is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 16 July 2026.
