Montage Technology Announces RMB0.20 per Share Interim Dividend for H1 2026

Shanghai-based semiconductor solutions provider Montage Technology Co., Ltd. released a cash dividend announcement on 28 August 2026, declaring an interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The board approved a payout of RMB 2 for every 10 shares, equal to RMB 0.20 per share. For H-share investors, the dividend will be settled in Hong Kong dollars at the fixed exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.1556, translating to HKD 2.31 per 10 shares (HKD 0.231 per share). Shareholders granted formal approval on 24 June 2026.

Key timetable items—including the ex-dividend date, last day to lodge share transfers, book-closure period, record date and payment date—remain pending and will be announced separately.

Tax treatment varies by shareholder category: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders of H shares: 10 % PRC enterprise income-tax withholding. • Hong Kong Stock Exchange investors holding the company’s A shares via Northbound Stock Connect: 10 % withholding. • Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange investors holding the company’s H shares via Southbound Stock Connect: 20 % individual income-tax withholding. • Mainland enterprise investors holding H shares through Stock Connect will handle tax filings and payments independently; no withholding will be carried out by the company.
