The company announced its annual results for the period ending March 31, 2026. A.PLUS GROUP (HKEX: 01841) reported revenue of HK$111 million, representing an increase of 13.07% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the company was HK$3.576 million, a turnaround from a loss of HK$1.594 million in the prior corresponding period. Earnings per share were HK$0.89 cents.

The company stated that the revenue growth was primarily attributable to an increase of approximately HK$1.0 million from the results announcements and financial reporting segment, an increase of around HK$2.6 million from the fund documents segment, and an approximate HK$10.6 million increase from the bond offering circulars and IPO prospectuses segment. This growth was partially offset by a revenue decrease of about HK$1.3 million from the company announcements and shareholder circulars segment.
