7Road Holdings Limited disclosed that it bought back a total of 1.06 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from 8 to 15 April 2026 for subsequent cancellation.
The purchases were executed in five tranches at prices ranging from HKD 0.70 to HKD 0.73 per share: • 24,000 shares on 8 April at HKD 0.70 • 2,000 shares on 9 April at HKD 0.73 • 924,000 shares on 10 April at HKD 0.71 • 56,000 shares on 14 April at HKD 0.70 • 52,000 shares on 15 April at between HKD 0.71 and HKD 0.72, with a disclosed consideration of HKD 37,420
Based on the stated prices, the aggregate consideration for the five-day programme is approximately HKD 0.75 million.
Although the repurchased shares have yet to be cancelled, the company’s issued share capital remained at 2.75 billion shares as of 15 April 2026. The cumulative buybacks represent 0.038% of the issued shares authorised under the current mandate granted on 20 May 2025, which permits repurchases of up to 275.32 million shares.
A moratorium is in place prohibiting 7Road from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 15 May 2026, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.
