CarsGen-B Showcases Clinical Data for CT0596 and CT1190B at EHA 2026 Congress

CarsGen-B (HKEX: 02171) has announced that research findings for two of its allogeneic CAR-T cell therapies were presented in poster sessions at the 2026 European Hematology Association (EHA) Annual Congress.

The results for CT0596, an off-the-shelf CAR-T product targeting BCMA for treating relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma and plasma cell leukemia, were displayed. Additionally, data for CT1190B, a universal CAR-T therapy targeting CD19/CD20 for relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, were also presented.

The updated findings for CT0596 were showcased on June 12, 2026, under the title "First-in-Human Study of CT0596, an allogeneic BCMA CAR T in Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma and Primary Plasma Cell Leukemia: Safety, Efficacy, and Pharmacokinetic at Recommended Dose."

The latest results for CT1190B were presented on June 13, 2026, with the poster titled "First in Human Study of CT1190B, an Allogeneic Anti-CD19/CD20 CAR T-cell therapy, in Patients with Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma."
