Having worked extensively within the natural resources system, he accumulated deep familiarity with land approval procedures, mineral resource management, and national land project implementation.

Public records indicate that the Jianxiawo lithium mine spans both Yifeng County and Fengxin County in Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. The mining area includes the Zhenkouli region in Yifeng County and the Jianxiawo region in Fengxin County, from which the mine derives its name. As one of the largest proven lepidolite deposits globally, the mine operates as a joint mining zone at the border of two counties rather than belonging exclusively to a single administrative area.
