State Grid Ningbo Power Supply Company immediately activated its emergency response, leveraging digital tools to establish a robust defense and supply assurance network, safeguarding the city's power reliability.

In response to the typhoon's impact, the company coordinated resources across municipal, county, and district levels, deploying a multi-scenario digital workforce to build a full-chain typhoon defense system covering "assessment, dispatch, repair, and prevention." This approach shifts grid operations from a reactive repair model to proactive defense. At the Xiangshan Power Dispatch Center, an advanced distribution network management system monitors grid status in real time, with built-in digital employees automatically diagnosing faults and generating locations and solutions in under five minutes—a 67% faster response than traditional manual checks, with 95% diagnostic accuracy, securing a critical edge for rapid power restoration.

Once fault diagnosis is complete, work order processing begins immediately. The command assistant "Xiao Zhi," developed by the company's supply command center, automates work order assessment, responsible unit identification, and targeted dispatch within 10 seconds. Unlike traditional manual dispatching, "Xiao Zhi" tracks orders throughout their lifecycle, issues proactive deadline alerts, and uses multi-channel communication to ensure every order is monitored, completed on time, and traceable. At the grassroots level, precise resource allocation becomes key to fast recovery. At a power supply station in Qianwan, the typhoon repair monitoring digital worker "Xiao Hang" utilizes an integrated "hardware platform, personnel system, and intelligent software" wartime command center to streamline task division and collaboration, enabling efficient dispatching, real-time repair progress tracking, and smooth command operations.

Alongside repair efficiency, comprehensive electrical safety prevention is advancing in tandem. Following a Level III typhoon response, the city's first dedicated electrical safety management digital worker, "Yongdian An," automatically activates its "disaster warning" module, monitoring 1,321 substations and distribution rooms, 635 high-risk enterprises, and over 4,300 key users. It automatically alerts authorities to abnormalities and simultaneously transmits data to the government's city safety platform, providing critical support for coordinated government-enterprise emergency response. From intelligent fault diagnosis to second-level smart work order dispatch, and then to frontline smart repair and citywide safety control, this integrated typhoon defense system ensures accurate fault detection, swift work order assignment, effective on-site repairs, and robust safety, underpinning urban security and reliable power supply for residents.
