ZHENRO SERVICES Names CFO Wang Yi as Executive Director, Effective 27 August 2026

Zhenro Services Group Limited announced that Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary Wang Yi will join the Board as an Executive Director on 27 August 2026, expanding the Group’s executive leadership team.

Under a three-year service contract commencing on the appointment date, Wang will receive an annual basic salary of RMB 0.68 million and a discretionary bonus set by the remuneration committee, reflecting individual and Group performance as well as market conditions.

Wang, aged 44, has more than 15 years of experience in financial management, internal control, risk management and audit. He joined Zhenro Services in August 2020 after holding senior finance roles at China United Travel, Qoros Automotive, Dalian Wanda Group and Zhenro Properties. A graduate of Nanjing Audit University (Class of 2002), he has served as Zhenro Services’ CFO and company secretary since joining the Group.

The company confirmed that Wang holds no shares in Zhenro Services, is not connected with any substantial or controlling shareholders, and has not held directorships in other listed companies during the past three years, satisfying disclosure requirements under Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Following this appointment, Zhenro Services’ Board comprises Executive Directors Deng Li and Wang Yi; Non-Executive Directors Liu Weiliang and Wang Zhiming; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Xu Mo, Wei Qin and Zheng Yilei.
