During the fourth Beisen User Hero Conference held on the evening of August 28, Beisen showcased its Mavens 15+ suite of AI HR specialists.
Ji Weiguo, co-founder and CEO of Beisen, delivered a keynote titled "Co-Creating the AI Era of HR - Building a Hybrid Team of Human and Digital HR Professionals," sharing the company's perspective on HR AI trends and announcing its official transition from an HR software provider to an AI application company in the HR sector.
As the industry enters the Agent phase, AI is advancing from content generation and information retrieval to task execution, with the capability to understand objectives, access data and workflows, and complete specific tasks. The future HR organization will comprise both human and digital HR professionals: human experts will handle business understanding, standard-setting, and judgment calls, while digital HR agents will focus on task execution. Team capability will hinge on how effectively organizations can train, deploy, and manage a pool of digital HR specialists.
To support this organizational model, Beisen has launched Mavens, a one-stop AI HR expert platform featuring 15+ AI specialists. Process-oriented AI assistants handle routine HR workflows such as onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, while talent-focused AI experts contribute professional assessments in recruitment, selection, development, and retention. Human HR leaders direct digital HR agents from business and organizational perspectives, creating what the company calls a trainable, deployable, and manageable "carbon-silicon hybrid workforce."
To date, Beisen's AI customer base has surpassed 1,500 companies. Over the past year, newly signed AI product contracts exceeded RMB 87 million, representing a tenfold year-over-year increase. According to an IDC report, Beisen now ranks first in market share for AI Agents in China's HCM sector.
Sun Jiang, CTO and Chief AI Officer of Beisen, presented a live demonstration of the Mavens one-stop AI HR expert platform. In the AI-native era, HR faces both transformation and continuity. What changes are organizational capabilities, management efficiency, and work methods; what remains constant is HR's role in supporting business through professional expertise, driving organizational growth via hiring, selection, development, and motivation.
Mavens covers scenarios including strategy and operations, talent acquisition, leadership cultivation, talent development, training and learning, and operational services. Digital HR agents take over transactional work while serving more managers and employees with professional knowledge and skills. Human HR professionals can then focus on high-value, strategic responsibilities, shifting from personally completing tasks to orchestrating AI HR specialists in a collaborative workflow.
Through the Beisen CLI, Beisen's HR professional capabilities have also been integrated into AI Agents and intelligent office platforms such as WorkBuddy, Doubao Work, and Qianwen Office, enabling users to access digital HR support anytime within their daily workflow.
