Du Du Holdings Limited released an updated list of directors and their respective committee roles on 16 April 2026.

The board now comprises seven members, including four executive directors—Cai Da (Chairman), Wang Tongtong, Lei Ming and Lyu Zhengnan—and three independent non-executive directors—Yuen Wai Man, Huang Tianhua and Wan Yu.

Committee appointments were also confirmed:

• Audit Committee: chaired by independent non-executive director Yuen Wai Man, with Huang Tianhua and Wan Yu as members.

• Remuneration Committee: chaired by Yuen Wai Man, joined by Cai Da and Huang Tianhua.

• Nomination Committee: chaired by Cai Da, with Huang Tianhua and Yuen Wai Man serving as members.

The announcement underscores Du Du Holdings’ commitment to maintaining a balanced governance structure with independent oversight across key board committees.
