Prosper One International Holdings Company Limited announced that, effective 1 August 2026, Sir Kwok Siu Man KR will step down from three key roles: Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and Authorised Representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance. The departures follow the termination of the company’s secretarial services arrangement with SK2 Corporate Services (HK) Limited.

Replacing Sir Kwok, Prosper One has appointed Ms. Cheung Pui Ki Gloria to all three positions, also effective 1 August 2026. Ms. Cheung is a fellow of both The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lingnan University and brings more than 20 years of experience in company secretarial work and corporate finance for listed firms. Her previous roles include Executive Director of Jakota Capital (Holding) Group (June 2025–July 2026) and Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Success Dragon International Holdings Limited (July 2011–October 2017).

The Board expressed gratitude to Sir Kwok for his contributions and extended a welcome to Ms. Cheung. As of the announcement date, the Board consists of three executive directors—Mr. Liu Guoqing (Chairman and CEO), Mr. Liu Jiaqiang, and Mr. Li Dongpo (CFO)—and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Tian Zhiyuan, Mr. Wang Luping, and Mr. Gao Jizhong.
