On 28 August 2026, Wuxi Life International Holdings Group Limited (Wuxi Life) announced that its new circular concerning a proposed continuing connected transaction—specifically, the company’s planned entry into a variable interest entity (VIE) agreement—is now available online.

The English and Chinese versions of the circular (described as the “Current Corporate Communication”) can be downloaded from both the company’s website (www.wuxilife.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to review the electronic version.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online document, or who prefer hard copies, may request printed versions free of charge. A completed Request Form should be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mail label provided or via email to 8148-ecom@vistra.com.

Investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries are advised to provide a functional email address to those intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of future electronic notifications. Until a valid email address is registered, such investors will receive printed notifications only.
