Linekong (08267) has released a statement indicating a significant downturn in its financial performance for the first half of 2026, projecting a net loss of approximately RMB 43.4 million to RMB 53 million, a sharp reversal from the profit recorded in the corresponding period last year.

The company anticipates generating revenue in the range of RMB 12.3 million to RMB 15 million for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026. This represents a substantial decline of roughly 47.4% to 56.8% compared to the approximately RMB 28.5 million in revenue reported for the same timeframe in 2025.

According to the board, this expected decrease in revenue is primarily attributed to project cycle impacts affecting the group's film and television operations. The anticipated swing from profit to loss is driven by a combination of factors, including losses and impairments on its cryptocurrency holdings, fluctuations in the fair value of financial assets such as equity investments, and increased research and development expenditures.
