7Road Holdings Limited disclosed on 24 April 2026 that it repurchased a total of 4.75 million ordinary shares between 8 April and 24 April 2026. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled as of the reporting date.
The buy-backs were executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$0.70 to HK$0.76 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HK$0.73. Aggregate consideration reached about HK$3.47 million.
Following the transactions, the company’s issued share capital remains at 2.75 billion shares because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. The repurchased amount represents 0.17% of the company’s outstanding shares.
Under the repurchase mandate approved on 20 May 2025, 7Road is authorised to buy back up to 275.32 million shares. The latest series of buy-backs has utilised 0.17% of that limit. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 24 May 2026.
