Pak Tak Schedules 26 Jun 2026 Special Meeting to Seek Shareholder Approval for Multiple Guarantee Agreements

Pak Tak International Limited (Pak Tak) has issued a notice convening a Special General Meeting (SGM) on 26 June 2026 at 11:45 a.m. in Room 3, 14/F, Fairmont House, 8 Cotton Tree Drive, Central, Hong Kong, immediately following the company’s Annual General Meeting set for 11:00 a.m. at the same venue.

Key matters to be put before shareholders include:

1. Ratification of Guarantee Agreement I (and its extension), Guarantee Agreement II and Guarantee Agreement III, together with all underlying transactions.

2. Approval for Fushun Xingzhou to provide guarantees in favour of Fushun Huawei and/or Fushun Zongchuan under a Cross-guarantee Agreement, along with the associated annual caps.

Administrative details: • Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 4:30 p.m. on 18 June 2026 to qualify for attendance and voting. The register of members will be closed from 22 June 2026 to 26 June 2026, both days inclusive. • Proxy forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited by 11:45 a.m. on 24 June 2026. • Voting at the SGM will be conducted by poll.

The board currently comprises three executive directors (Wu Zongchuan, Liu Weixiong and Lyu Zhengjun), one non-executive director (Hang Chu Kwong) and three independent non-executive directors (Chan Ching Yi, Li Yun and Li Wubo).
