On 30 April 2026, Ziyuanyuan Holdings Group Limited (abbreviated “ZYY”) announced the release of its 2025 Annual Report, the Circular dated 30 April 2025, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the accompanying Proxy Form (“Current Corporate Communication”).

The documents are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.ziyygroup.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). ZYY explicitly encourages shareholders to review these materials online as the preferred method of access.

Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive hard-copy materials will find the printed versions enclosed with the notification. Those who encounter difficulties with the electronic versions or who wish to switch to physical copies for all future corporate communications can complete the enclosed Reply Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, using the prepaid mailing label or via email (8223-ecom@vistra.com).

The company reminds shareholders that maintaining a valid email address on file is their responsibility. Until a functional email address is provided, ZYY will deliver future notices of publication and actionable communications in printed form only.

Enquiries may be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
