CIRRUS (02507) opened nearly 10% higher following its earnings release, with shares last trading up 9.81% at HK$50.95, on turnover of HK$10.16 million. On August 26, the company announced its interim results for fiscal 2026, posting revenue of $737 million, a 24.0% year-on-year increase; gross profit of $267 million, up 24.2%; and net profit of $88.12 million, a 35.6% surge. Earnings per share stood at $0.24.

According to the announcement, the profit growth was primarily driven by higher aircraft deliveries, alongside expansion in the company's services and other business segments. Analysts at Huayuan Securities previously highlighted that CIRRUS offers both scarcity value and growth potential. As the private aviation market continues to expand, barriers to entry remain elevated, and the competitive landscape stays relatively stable. The company's brand strength is becoming more evident, positioning it to consolidate or even grow its market share steadily.

The brokerage noted that, given CIRRUS' position as a leading private aircraft manufacturer, the progressive enrichment of its product lineup is expected to enable continued market share gains, potentially unlocking further upside for earnings growth.
