DEEWIN (02418) has released an official announcement regarding a change in its corporate representation arrangements.
According to the filing, Ms. Chen Yanhua has stepped down from her role as the company's agent for service of process and notice under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). In her place, Ms. Mai Baowen has been appointed to assume the position, with the appointment taking effect on August 28, 2026.
