Shanghai-based surgical-robot developer MicroPort MedBot has rescheduled its board meeting—originally set for 27 August 2026—to 31 August 2026. According to the company’s announcement, additional time is required for management to complete preparation of the interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The postponed meeting’s agenda remains unchanged and will include: • Approval and publication of the 2026 interim results. • Consideration of an interim dividend distribution, if any. • Other routine board matters.

The notice was issued by Board Chairman Dr. Zhaohua Chang on 27 August 2026. As of that date, the board comprises one executive director, five non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors.
