Hong Kong–listed mobile-game developer XD Inc. (HKEX: 02400) has filed a Next Day Disclosure Return confirming that 180,000 ordinary shares were repurchased on-market on 28 August 2026 at prices between HK$40.98 and HK$44.10, for a total consideration of HK$7.77 million.

The transaction leaves XD Inc.’s issued share capital unchanged at 483.88 million shares as at 28 August, because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. Including this latest buyback, a total of 3.14 million shares—equivalent to approximately 0.65% of the current issued share base—remain in the queue for cancellation.

The 28 August purchase lifts cumulative buybacks executed under the shareholder mandate granted on 28 May 2026 to 8.75 million shares, representing 1.79% of the 489.30 million shares outstanding on the mandate date. The company is authorised to repurchase up to 48.93 million shares under that resolution.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, XD Inc. is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 27 September 2026. The company affirmed that all repurchases complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no material changes have been made to the explanatory statement dated 30 April 2026.
